Multifamily EV Connect
Prepare your property for the future of clean mobility
If you’re a multifamily property owner or manager, you could be eligible for up to $2,500 each when you install electric vehicle (EV) chargers. Eligible properties must receive electric service from SCE and be located in a disadvantaged community (DAC) ZIP code.
As EVs gain popularity, residents will require access to charging infrastructure. While communities and businesses are making clean mobility options more readily available in public spaces, tenants should enjoy access to the convenience of charging at home. Multifamily EV Connect helps property owners and managers in the Southern California Edison service territory make these upgrades by providing no-cost technical support and cash rebates to help offset the cost of equipment and installation.
